When Do I need to RSVP by?
Please RSVP no later then September 7th. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume you are unable to attend.
How Do I RSVP?
Please follow the link provided on your invitation. Go to the RSVP tab, type in your first and last name how it appears on your initiation, and click if you will be attending or not.
Can I still come to the wedding if I did not rsvp?
If you did not rsvp or decided to rsvp 'no' and arrive at our ceremony and reception, you will be asked politely to leave by the venue staff and our wedding coordinator.
Our venue and the staff will not be able to accommodate you.
When does everything take place?
The wedding ceremony takes place at 5pm at Crystal Springs’ Ballyowen Wedding Garden. Please arrive on time to not interrupt the ceremony. The cocktail hour starts at 5:30 pm at Owens Pub, and ends at 6:30 pm. The reception is from 6:30pm-10:30pm at Ballyowen Pavilion.
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting) and the reception will be indoors.
What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to find a seat. We are asking guests to leave the first row unoccupied for the bride and groom's parents, and grandparents.
Is there Transportation to and from the wedding ceremony?
There is a shuttle service that has been arranged to pick up guests from Minerals Hotel and drive them to the wedding ceremony and reception.
The shuttle service for guests will begin 1 hour prior to our ceremony, making 2 loops and then will be there at wedding ending time to begin bringing guests back to the hotel.
Am I allowed to bring my children?
While we love your little ones, our wedding ceremony and reception is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
Is there a dress code?
The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire, or semi formal optional. Ladies should wear a midi cocktail dress, something that hits right above the knee or right above their ankles, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie.
The bridesmaids will be wearing velvet emerald green dresses, and groomsman will be wearing emerald green ties along with grey suits. We are asking guests politely to not wear any shades of white. The flooring of our venue is a paver patio. Please keep in mind when selecting footwear!

Can I bring a date?
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear with your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach with any questions.
Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?
Yes, we have reserved a room block at Minerals Hotel. The room block is reserved for the day before our wedding, and the day off our wedding.
There will be accommodation cards sent in the mail along with the invitations.
If I stay at Minerals hotel, what time is check in?
Check in at the hotel is usually 4:00 p.m. However, wedding guests have top priority for and early check in if the hotel is not fully occupied. We recommend that you call reservations a few days prior to check the occupancy.
If it is not fully occupied, the day of our wedding, it first comes first serve for an early check in.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes. For guests who may have difficulty moving from the ceremony to the cocktail hour, and to the reception, there will be transportation provided.
