How do I RSVP?
Please RSVP through our website by May 15th.
What time should I arrive at the venue?
We kindly ask for you to arrive by 3:45pm. This way we can ensure a prompt start to our ceremony at 4:00pm.
What should I wear?
Our wedding dress code is formal attire, so we encourage guests to dress up! Think suits and ties, long dresses, or elegant cocktail dresses. We’re celebrating in the mountains, but leave the flannel and hiking boots at home this time!
Since the weather in Alaska during July can be unpredictable—it’s typically warm, but it’s also the rainy season—we recommend bringing a light jacket or shawl to stay comfortable. The ceremony will be held outdoors (weather permitting) and reception will be held under a covered pavilion, so you’ll be protected from rain, but sturdy footwear is a good idea for walking on grass or gravel paths.
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
No. We kindly ask that our ceremony be unplugged. This means we’d love for you to turn off your phones, cameras, and other devices and simply be present in the moment with us as we exchange our vows.
What’s the weather like in Alaska during this time of year?
In Alaska, July typically offers mild summer weather with temperatures ranging between 60°F to 75°F. It’s one of the warmest months of the year. However, July is also part of Alaska’s rainy season, so occasional showers are common.
Plan to dress in layers to stay comfortable, as mornings and evenings can be cooler even if the daytime is warm. A light jacket or raincoat is recommended. The long daylight hours (up to 20 hours) also make July a magical time to visit!
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes! There is a gravel lot with tons of parking right outside the venue.
