Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?

We only plan to do RSVPs online. Please make sure to check out the RSVP section of the website and search for you name there to complete your RSVP. If you have any questions feel free to call us!

What date should I RSVP by?

We ask that you RSVP as soon as possible, but no later than May 1st. You can RSVP using the following link (https://www.theknot.com/us/julia-prol-and-zachary-rowe-jun-2024/rsvp).

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

We would recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before the beginning of the ceremony to ensure you have settled into your seat before the proceedings.

Is there parking available near the wedding venue?

Traveling via car is the recommended way to get to and from the venue. There is a parking lot at the venue to the right of the mansion you'll see when turning onto the property. Parking will be available from *ASK WARRENWOOD*. That means that you are welcome to leave your car overnight but will be subject to *ASK WARRENWOOD* if they are not removed in a timely manner.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will be fully outdoors. Cocktail hour will have both indoor and outdoor spaces available. The reception will be indoors. In the case of rain, all events related to the wedding will be moved indoors to the area originally intended for the reception.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Yes! A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn Express with both just 5 minutes from the venue. You can book one of these rooms at the links on the "Travel" tab above. Feel free to call us with any questions about these.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Our expectation is that everyone will dress in cocktail attire for the evening. For example, a suit would be preferable for men and a midi or cocktail dress for women.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Unless specified in your invitation, please refrain from bringing a plus one.

What type of food will be served at the wedding?

Cocktail hour will be accompanied by a charcuterie platter followed by a buffet with a selection of meats and side dishes during the reception.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Yes! We will make sure that all food items are clearly labeled with allergens so that you can comfortably select the appropriate foods for you. Please ensure that you outline all dietary restrictions you may have so we can plan and label as needed.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! There will be an open bar with signature cocktails as well as bourbon, gin, and vodka for mixed drinks. We will also be providing beer, red wine, and white wine. Pro Tip: It's always a good idea to bring some cash to tip the bartender for their excellent service.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, our preference would be to have it delivered to our home via the online wedding registry. However, a wedding card box and gift table will be available.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

We are opting for an unplugged wedding ceremony and ask that all guests refrain from taking photos/videos during the ceremony. However, after the ceremony concludes you are more than welcome to take photo/video and even use our polaroid station and the POV app to capture memories from cocktail hour and the reception.

Can I post wedding photos on social media?

Yes! We would be more than happy for you to share moments from our special day on social media. Please make sure to tag us in them as well so we get to join in on the fun.
