The wedding starts promptly at 4:00 PM. We'd recommend getting to the church around 3:30 so there is time for you to sign the guest book and be seated by our Ushers.

Unfortunately, due to limited capacity, we cannot accommodate additional guests. We only have seating for the people named on your invitation.

After the wedding, the bridal party will be on a party bus and won't arrive until just before 6:00 PM. In the meantime feel free to join our families at the Timbers for snacks and a drink. If you want to see more of Northwood, grab a drink at Worth Brewing, Liquid Library, or The Salon. There will also be a 7-passenger van that departs from the hotel to the Timbers starting around 4:45 pm to accommodate those who would like to leave their driving to us and safely enjoy the wedding dinner and dance.

The shuttle will go from the hotel to the Timbers. The shuttle will run from 4:45 PM to 6:00 PM and then from 8:30 PM to 12:15 AM. Dinner will start promptly at 6:00 PM and the reception ends at 11:30 PM so please plan accordingly. The shuttle is just a 7-passenger van!
