Before and After Reception Shuttle
There will be a shuttle from Holiday Inn Express Suites to the Timbers after the wedding before the reception. There will also be a shuttle to Holiday Inn Express Suits from the Timbers after the reception.
The shuttle is a 7 passenger van provided by the hotel.
The Bridal Party will be on a party bus after the wedding before the reception. Cocktail hour will start right after the wedding and we will start supper at 6:00PM.
The shuttle will run from 4:45 PM to 6:00 PM and then from 8:30 PM to 12:15 AM.
Dinner will start promptly at 6:00 PM and the reception ends at 11:30 PM so please plan accordingly.
The shuttle is just a 7-passenger van!
