Yes! The Hotel is on the property of West Point Military Academy. However, in order to access the hotel all you must do is arrive at the checkpoint with your ID in hand and tell the Gate guard you are staying at/ attending a wedding at the Thayer Hotel. Everyone over the age of 16 must present an ID at the gate.

We'd love to see our friends and family dress up with us! We are requesting formal attire. This means no jeans, T-shirts, or Flip-flops.

Yes! we invite all of our guests to stay at the hotel if they wish to do so. You can call the hotel reservation department at 845-446-4731 Ext 0. You can also look on third party booking sights for deals when booking!

There is a parking lot located at the hotel for self-parking. However, Valet is built into the cost of your stay if you stay at the hotel. You are also allowed to pay for valet if you are not staying at the hotel.

We can only accommodate guests who have been formally invited. If you received a plus one it will appear when you RSVP.

We are asking our guests to reserve by March 20th, 2024. Hotel rooms must be booked at the Thayer no later than March 20th, 2024 to receive our discounted wedding rate! We also ask that you RSVP by the same date!
