The site defaults to 9/12 as a check-in date. If you only need a room for the wedding night, make sure you update it to 9/13.

Reservations must be received no later than Wednesday, August 13, 2025 in order to access the discounted group rate. Reservations made after this cut-off date would be honored based upon availability.

Reservations can also be made by calling Reservations directly at 203-905-2100, or by email at guestservices@clubquarters.com. You must identify yourself as being with the Skeggs and Fecho Wedding room block (Group Code 2509SKEGGS) at the time the reservation is made in order to receive the special group rate where available, and you must provide them with check-in/check-out dates and room type. We have a room block available from 9/12-9/14.

ADDITIONAL RESERVATION INFORMATION

INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATION: Individual cancellations are allowed up until 72 hours prior to arrival. Late cancellation (one night's room and tax) will be billed to the credit card on file for the reservation.

EARLY DEPARTURE: Group's attendees who check out prior to the scheduled check out date will be billed an early departure fee equivalent to one night's room rate and applicable lodging, state and local taxes to the credit card on file or form of guarantee.

NO- SHOWS: Group's attendees scheduled to arrive but who fail to (no show) will be billed for the first night's room rate and applicable lodging, state and local taxes to the credit card on file or form of guarantee. Any remaining nights will be automatically canceled and guest rooms will be subject to availability and rates at time of rebooking.
