Denver International Airport
If you are flying in from out of town the major airport is Denver International and is really the only close option. It is a large hub for southwest so make sure to check Southwest prices and sales for tickets as they have many direct flights especially to Chicago and California. Denver Airport is also a great place to rent a car with a lot of rental car options. Since it will be summer time we recommend just getting a standard size car- no need for an SUV that time of year unless you are planning on driving smaller roads in the mountains that may still have snow.
The Inverness Hotel and Conference Center
Please mention our wedding block name (Taylor Wedding) and our Date (August 27th, 2016) to make your room reservations as there is a special rate $155 per night which includes the shuttle for two adults per room. This rate qualifies for the Friday night before the wedding (August 26th) and the night of the wedding August 27th. Update: rooms are filling up quickly and if you want to guarantee a room and a free shuttle ride to the venue and back then please make sure to book soon!
Homewood Suites Denver Tech Center
This hotel is right across the street from the Inverness Hotel. It has cheaper rates and is a more family friendly hotel with breakfast included. The shuttle is not included in you nightly rate but you can pay extra for the shuttle if needed- please contact one of us if you need seats reserved in the shuttle if you choose this hotel. Update: there was no way for us to book a hotel block at this hotel, so it is definitely first come first serve!
