We have reserved a block of rooms at the Home2 Suites by Hilton Dayton South for Friday and Saturday nights. The link to book through the block can be found in the travel section of our website! Additionally, we also listed 2 other hotels at Austin Landing that are just 15 minutes away from the venue.

There will be a shuttle running back and forth from the Home2Suites Hotel (where our wedding block is located) from 5:15 pm to 6:15 pm prior to the reception. The shuttle will be available to take guests from the reception back to the hotel starting at 10:00 pm and going to 11:00 pm. Stone Valley Meadows has informed us that it can often be difficult to get an Uber or Lyft to and from the venue. If you are not taking the shuttle, please make sure you plan for a designated drive that can take you home at the end of the night. We want everyone to be safe!

The dress code for the event is cocktail attire! This includes cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, or suits and ties. You’re welcome to leave the tuxedos and ball gowns at home!

We love your children, but our wedding will be an adults only event! We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so that you can celebrate this with us!

There are a lot of great options for weekend rentals in the area! Lebanon, Waynesville, Mason, and West Chester, Ohio have a large selections of rentals that are about 20 minutes from the venue!

Our wedding location is about equidistant from both Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) and Dayton International Airport (DAY) for guests who are flying in for the weekend.
