This tale begins in Coral Gables at The University of Miami during the Summer of 2018. Julia and Gabe were classmates in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program. They were complete strangers from opposite ends of the country but became friends as classes began.

Fast forward to Spring 2020, love was most definitely in the air and Gabe decided to let his interest be known when he gifted Julia a Valentine’s Day card and later asked her to attend a University of Miami Baseball game to test the waters. A great game was played, a foul ball was caught, and romance was afoot.

Their first official date was a few days after, where they spent the night enjoying dinner and admiring the murals and art displays at Wynwood Walls. This was truly only the beginning.

As the years went on and their love flourished, they both knew it was that forever type of love they had only heard about before. With a warm heart and eyes filled with joy, Gabe took a knee and asked for Julia’s hand in marriage on July 5th, 2023, in Cape Cod, Massachusetts. They are now engaged and living a wonderful life with many great years to come!
