If you want to book nights before or after the selected dates or have special requirements, these need to be booked directly through the In-House Reservations Desk.

Deposits:
All rooms require the deposit of the first night’s stay and tax upon booking. Rooms are subject to a 72-hour cancelation policy. Failure to show or cancelation within three (3) days of check-in will be assessed the deposit. Guest room accommodations are subject to a 13% tax and $23 nightly room resort fee.*

The Thesis is just a 14 minute walk or a short drive away from our venue. Just west of the venue on Sunset Drive are many small shops and restaurants, and the hotel itself has a great restaurant called Mamey if you're looking for fun drinks and apps and a nice ambiance.

Our room block offers a rate of $279.00 + 13% tax for King Rooms and $299.00 +13% tax for Queen/Queen Rooms. Reservations within this block may be made up until October 9, 2024.

The Couryard is right across the street from the water in Coconut Grove and is walking distance from Monty's, where our Welcome Event will be held on Friday night. It is also walking distance from many other great restaurants in the Grove.

A mandatory daily $30 fee applies to the group. Amenities include Wifi, 2- hour bike rental (first come - first served), 2 daily water bottles, a daily $30 Food & Beverage Credit, daily one hour yoga classes (Monday- Friday: 8AM | Saturday-Sunday: 9AM). Usage of Hotel Tesla for Guests within a 2 Miles Radius from 9AM-7PM. Overnight valet parking is $35 inclusive of tax per car.

Reservations within this block may be made up until September 16, 2024. Cancellation policy: You are able to cancel your reservation without penalty 72 hours prior to your arrival date.

The Hampton Inn is not quite as central to the main walkable areas of the Grove and not quite as scenic, however it gets great reviews and is still very close to the action. Just a 20 minute walk (or very quick Uber) puts you right in the heart of the Grove, and it is only a 16 minute walk from Monty's, where our Welcome Event will be held on Friday night.
