Thompson Island allows guests to stay overnight on the island the night of the wedding only. You can stay at any of the hotels in the wedding block (Boston Hotels page) on Friday night.


We're so excited to keep celebrating with a beach bonfire and the whole island to ourselves!

Picture this: Bonfire, drinks, music, and dancing on a private island with gorgeous views of the Boston skyline! We're also ordering late night bites and will have adult beverages available.

Also picture this: You'll be staying in dorms with no air conditioning and communal bathrooms. You'll be on an island during peak New England fall, with an incredible ocean breeze, and fans in the rooms. However, we understand dorm-life isn't for everyone and we'll miss you!

1. BOOK YOUR RESERVATION HERE: Thompson Island Reservations (9/28-9/29)
Single - $140 (1 person)
Double - $150 (2 people)
Triple - $160 (3 people)
Quad - $170 (4 people)


Dorms must be booked directly with Thompson Island. Please note that Thompson Island processes overnights once a week – so don't worry if you do not hear back right away. You will receive an email from Thompson Island, and are able to pay over email or the phone. All rooms have twin beds per person. If you have any questions or concerns regarding booking, please let us know and we can help figure out an alternative option!




2. WHAT TO BRING:
-- You'll need to bring your luggage on the ferry. Staff will bring your luggage to your dorm common area upon arrival.
-- Towels and linens are provided.
-- BYOB - the bar closes at the end of the reception. We will have some drinks and food, but feel free to bring any post-wedding drinks and snacks.


The Thompson Island Wedding Manager will be emailing everyone with more details about the overnight about 2 weeks before the wedding.




3. SUNDAY MORNING:
-- 8:30-10:15am Complimentary continental brunch.
-- 10:30-11:00am The ferry will leave Thompson Island and will arrive at EDIC Pier.
-- EDIC Pier is about 30 minutes to the airport on the Silver Line.
