Our Wedding

We originally met in 2011 when I was a new grad nurse in the ER at CAMC Memorial and Jody was a flight paramedic who taught me how to use a pacemaker (Jody doesn’t remember this at all, but the terrified baby nurse was happy for the kindness shown by the crusty old medic). In 2015, I became a flight nurse and Jody again was put in the position to teach me a thing or two, and quickly became friends. In 2018, after a few years of friendship and being occasional flight partners, we began dating. Over the last 7 years, we have experienced so much together… the good, the bad, and the downright ugly, but no matter what, we have navigated through it all together. In January of 2025, Mr. I’m Never Getting Married Again decided it was finally time to settle down and really make a life together, and he finally put a ring on my finger! We can’t wait to celebrate our love and future life with our closest family and friends in October!

RV sites have electric and water hookups with a sewage dumping station available.

Hawk's Nest is about 20 minutes away from the venue. We do not have a group of rooms blocked off.

Weather permitting, we have a Gravity Zipline reserved at a discounted rate for our guests Thursday, October 30, at 1:00 pm. Feel free to join us! To book at a discounted rate, click our wedding-specific link below. If ziplining isn't for you, there are other activities available on site as well!
