Q + A

Where?

We will be tying the knot at the resort named Beaches Turks and Caicos. It is an ALL INCLUSIVE family-friendly resort in Providenciales (The Bight Settlement) so all you will have to worry about after the room cost is your airfare and any extra excursions you want to do that aren't already included. For more information on inclusions visit the Travel tab!

How do I book my hotel room?

Sally Wallace is our travel agent. She is taking care of all travel details for us. In order to be included in our wedding group festivities you must book your room

through Sally.

What time is Check-in/Check-out?

Per the Beaches website: Check-in is at 3:00PM. If you arrive prior to check-in, our helpful staff will safely secure your luggage and inform you when your room is ready. While waiting, you can freely enjoy the property's amenities, as your all-inclusive vacation has already begun! Check-out is at 11:00AM, so if your flight departs later, you can easily secure your luggage with us and still enjoy the amenities, like grabbing a bite to eat or sitting by the sea while you wait.

What do I wear?

Beach formal! When choosing shoes, keep in mind that the wedding will take place on the beach. The reception will be on a grassy area.

What About Our Kids?

Beaches Resorts include supervised kids programs for five different age levels, and don't charge extra. Beaches Kids Camp programs, for infants through age 12, are run by professionally trained child-care experts. Kids of all ages can enjoy the beach and Pirates Island water parks during the day. During the evening they can play games in the Xbox® Lounge or in Port Royal Arcade, Beaches exciting arcade hall. The youngest kids can even partake in activities with their favorite Sesame Street® characters.

Beaches Resorts nurseries afford all the comforts and fun you expect for your toddler, and their professionally certified nannies ensure all activities are engaging and exciting.

We want to stay off-site...is this possible?

Yes, there is a one-day pass that costs $570 per person. This pass allows you on to the resort at 10am and you must leave the property by midnight. This cost per person for the day pass may end up being more expensive than if you were to stay on-site for the 3 day minimum in a shared room. You will also have to account for transportation to and from the resort. Please let us and Sally know as soon as possible if you are going this route so that you can be accounted for on the guest list.
