The wedding is scheduled for October 25th, so please plan to arrive latest by the 24th. There is a 3-night minimum stay at the Beaches resort but you are more than welcome to stay longer! Juliana and Alan will be there on the 23rd. We recommend booking now to secure the room you want and any extra nights.

Rooms must be booked as soon as possible, as the current room rates and availability can change at any time. Deposits ($400) are refundable up until 90 days prior to departure.

Final payment is due July 16, 2024.

For flights, please book on your own. You can book these as soon as they are available for your travel dates in any way you would like (points/card/etc.).

Please call Sally and let her know your flight information as soon as you have it, so that she can set up your complimentary airport transfers with Beaches Turks and Caicos. You'll be flying to Providenciales (PLS). Sally can provide flight recommendations if you need assistance.

Traveling to Turks and Caicos will require a passport valid for 6 months after your travel date. Please ensure your passport is valid until May 2025. If you need to renew, start the process ASAP as the turn around time is about 5 months at this time.
