The schedule information is on the home page, but you can check back here too. Please arrive by 5:45 for the champagne toast before the ceremony and then make your way to the beautiful chapel by 6:00pm to get settled in the chapel. After the half hour ceremony, the guests will walk a few steps to the 7:00pm indoor cocktail hour. There is outdoor seating available to the guests during cocktail hour if preferred. At 8:00pm, the guests will start to make their way into the ballroom for the reception which is only a few steps away. At 12:00am, guests will leave the reception and can attend the lobby bar till 1:30am to socialize and continue the party.

As majority of our guests are from Philadelphia and Matawan, NJ, directions will be provided from both areas and more on the travel/directions tab. Once guests park their car for free at the estate, guests will not need any additional transportation accommodations as the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and hotel are steps away from one another. Now, if stumbling back to the hotel after the reception is over is a concern, I'm sure a golf cart can be arranged!

Yes, the venue is completely wheelchair accessible.

There will be a time in the near future where you will be able to let us know your concerns. We will make sure that dietary restrictions/allergies will not be a concern throughout the day and night. Black Tie is preferred, however gentleman, we are sure you will look wonderful in your suit and tie. For the lovely ladies.... why not wear your red carpet best and dress to impress.

We have a strict guest list. Our wedding is RSVP only. We are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. The name that is printed on your invitation's envelope indicates who is invited. You may also reference your RSVP card to see how many seats are reserved in your honor.

Julianna and Justin will send out formal invitations, which you will have the option to send an RSVP by mail by sending us the enclosed RSVP card or you can RSVP through the website when Julianna and Justin activate the RSVP page. If you RSVP this way, you will have to enter your name as it appears on your invitation to find your guest record. Once the record is found, please follow the prompts.

We would love to have an unplugged ceremony, which requires all guests to put away their phones, cameras, and all other devices so that our guests can live in the moment with us during our ceremony in the chapel. We want to ensure that our photographers are able to capture these special memories without having to bounce around to avoid guest's devices in their shots. Once we leave the chapel and the ceremony is over, guests can take all the photos they want for the rest of the evening! Yes! Park Chateau provides complimentary valet parking to all guests. If you're staying at the Chateau Grande Hotel, parking will still be complimentary.
