When do I need to RSVP?

We prefer to receive your RSVP as soon as possible. However, we kindly request that you RSVP by July 20, 2025, to ensure we can accommodate everyone for our special day. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Are children allowed at the wedding?

We kindly request that only the children participating in the ceremony join us for the reception. For all other little ones, we ask that child care arrangements be made so you can fully enjoy this special evening with us.

What is on the menu?

The couple has chosen a southern-inspired menu that includes pulled pork and chicken dishes, complemented by a variety of appetizers and sides. For dessert, there will be a special surprise favorite! For those with dietary restrictions, be sure to note these in the RSVP online. Dishes will be clearly labeled to indicate gluten-free, lactose-free, and vegetarian options, ensuring all our guests can savor the dining experience.

Is parking available?

Convenient parking is available on-site at the venue. Please follow the signs for guest parking upon arrival. Please drive cautiously. The venue is accessible via a one-lane gravel road where you may encounter oncoming traffic. Your patience and care are appreciated.

Where will the wedding take place?

Our ceremony and cocktail hour are set to take place outdoors, weather permitting, by the serene riverside, offering a cool and refreshing atmosphere. The reception will be held indoors. All events are within a five-minute walk from each other, including parking, with flat pathways for easy walking. For those with disabilities, mobile transportation via golf cart will be readily available. Should there be a rainstorm, the ceremony will be moved inside and the space transitioned within a 15-minute timeframe.

What is the dress code?

We invite you to join us in your finest formal attire, inspired by the rich and warm colors of fall- think earthy and nature inspired hues as we celebrate our special day.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Our ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 PM. Please plan for a short, 5-minute walk from the parking area, and allow extra time for travel on the one-lane gravel road. It is recommended to arrive approximately 30 minutes early.

Will it be a dry wedding, limited bar or open bar?

The situation of the bar remains under review at this time, though the couple is leaning toward a limited bar featuring wine, beer and signature cocktails.

Are there lodging or travel accommodations?

For lodging and transportation details, please visit the respective pages on our website.

Can photos be taken and shared on social media?

We invite you to take photos throughout the night, but kindly request that the ceremony remains unplugged (no cameras). There will be a dedicated time provided during the ceremony for photos. We are thrilled to have professional photographers and videographers on site to capture all the special moments of this day. To ensure they can do their best work, please be mindful and allow them the space they need while they are working. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. Feel free to post your pictures on social media and help celebrate the newlyweds by tagging them @thedailyadventuresofjulie and @aqua_bandit_. Additionally, a shared album will be available to arrange for exchanging photos. #FallingForFusco Thank you for helping us preserve these memories!

Is there a wedding hashtag?

Join us as we celebrate our love story with #FallingForFusco. Capture the moments, share the joy, and help us treasure our special day forever!
