Covid -19 Cannot Stop Our Fairy Tale's Happily Ever After

Our Wedding

Our&nbsp;story&nbsp;would&nbsp;never&nbsp;have&nbsp;begun&nbsp;without&nbsp;the&nbsp;persistency&nbsp;of&nbsp;Andy.&nbsp;On&nbsp;November&nbsp;27,&nbsp;2017,&nbsp;my&nbsp;friend&nbsp;(Rose)&nbsp;swiped&nbsp;on&nbsp;JSwipe&nbsp;a&nbsp;guy&nbsp;that&nbsp;I&nbsp;never&nbsp;thought&nbsp;would&nbsp;be&nbsp;my&nbsp;forever&nbsp;love.&nbsp;On&nbsp;November&nbsp;28,&nbsp;2017,&nbsp;Andy&nbsp;and&nbsp;I&nbsp;matched.&nbsp;At&nbsp;first&nbsp;we&nbsp;only&nbsp;spoke&nbsp;on&nbsp;the&nbsp;app,&nbsp;and&nbsp;then&nbsp;texted.&nbsp;After&nbsp;messaging&nbsp;each&nbsp;other&nbsp;for&nbsp;around&nbsp;an&nbsp;hour&nbsp;or&nbsp;so,&nbsp;Andy&nbsp;called&nbsp;me&nbsp;on&nbsp;the&nbsp;phone&nbsp;and&nbsp;that's&nbsp;where&nbsp;it&nbsp;all&nbsp;started.&nbsp;That&nbsp;first&nbsp;night,&nbsp;we&nbsp;spoke&nbsp;on&nbsp;the&nbsp;phone&nbsp;for&nbsp;almost&nbsp;two&nbsp;hours,&nbsp;followed&nbsp;by&nbsp;another&nbsp;three&nbsp;and&nbsp;a&nbsp;half&nbsp;hours&nbsp;while&nbsp;Julie&nbsp;drove&nbsp;down&nbsp;to&nbsp;Hershey,&nbsp;PA&nbsp;for&nbsp;a&nbsp;week&nbsp;to&nbsp;visit&nbsp;her&nbsp;friend&nbsp;Megan.&nbsp;&nbsp;The&nbsp;conversation&nbsp;was&nbsp;deep,&nbsp;fun,&nbsp;interesting,&nbsp;and&nbsp;showed&nbsp;them&nbsp;both&nbsp;how&nbsp;similar&nbsp;they&nbsp;actually&nbsp;were.&nbsp;That&nbsp;night,&nbsp;they&nbsp;learned&nbsp;so&nbsp;much&nbsp;about&nbsp;each&nbsp;other,&nbsp;which&nbsp;continued&nbsp;through&nbsp;the&nbsp;time&nbsp;Julie&nbsp;was&nbsp;in&nbsp;Hershey.&nbsp;If&nbsp;it&nbsp;wasn't&nbsp;for&nbsp;Andy's&nbsp;persistency&nbsp;while&nbsp;Julie&nbsp;was&nbsp;in&nbsp;Hershey&nbsp;(he&nbsp;would&nbsp;send&nbsp;15&nbsp;text&nbsp;messages&nbsp;in&nbsp;a&nbsp;row,&nbsp;push&nbsp;to&nbsp;video&nbsp;chat&nbsp;and&nbsp;talk&nbsp;on&nbsp;the&nbsp;phone&nbsp;-&nbsp;today,&nbsp;Julie&nbsp;is&nbsp;incredibly&nbsp;happy&nbsp;that&nbsp;Andy&nbsp;did&nbsp;this),&nbsp;we&nbsp;may&nbsp;have&nbsp;not&nbsp;been&nbsp;engaged&nbsp;today.&nbsp;From&nbsp;then&nbsp;on,&nbsp;they&nbsp;never&nbsp;stopped&nbsp;talking&nbsp;(and&nbsp;i&nbsp;mean&nbsp;never&nbsp;stopped!). On&nbsp;December&nbsp;6,&nbsp;2017,&nbsp;Andy&nbsp;and&nbsp;Julie&nbsp;went&nbsp;on&nbsp;their&nbsp;first&nbsp;date&nbsp;ice&nbsp;skating&nbsp;in&nbsp;Central&nbsp;Park.&nbsp;What&nbsp;an&nbsp;interesting&nbsp;date&nbsp;this&nbsp;was...&nbsp;Trump&nbsp;was&nbsp;plastered&nbsp;all&nbsp;around&nbsp;the&nbsp;ice&nbsp;rink;&nbsp;Andy&nbsp;was&nbsp;cursing&nbsp;him&nbsp;and&nbsp;apologizing&nbsp;for&nbsp;taking&nbsp;me&nbsp;to&nbsp;a&nbsp;place&nbsp;owned&nbsp;by&nbsp;Trump.&nbsp;This&nbsp;night&nbsp;consistent&nbsp;of&nbsp;lots&nbsp;of&nbsp;laughter.&nbsp;Julie&nbsp;learned&nbsp;that&nbsp;Andy&nbsp;did&nbsp;not&nbsp;know&nbsp;how&nbsp;to&nbsp;tie&nbsp;ice&nbsp;skate,&nbsp;learned&nbsp;what&nbsp;Andy's&nbsp;butt&nbsp;looked&nbsp;like&nbsp;(Andy&nbsp;showed&nbsp;some&nbsp;crack&nbsp;that&nbsp;night),&nbsp;and&nbsp;learned&nbsp;&nbsp;how&nbsp;random&nbsp;Andy&nbsp;was,&nbsp;he&nbsp;also&nbsp;randomly&nbsp;hugged&nbsp;a&nbsp;random&nbsp;British&nbsp;guy.&nbsp;Andy&nbsp;saw&nbsp;Julie&nbsp;slip&nbsp;on&nbsp;the&nbsp;ice&nbsp;and&nbsp;Andy&nbsp;followed&nbsp;to&nbsp;fall&nbsp;right&nbsp;on&nbsp;top&nbsp;of&nbsp;her.&nbsp;We&nbsp;also&nbsp;learned&nbsp;how&nbsp;much&nbsp;Andy&nbsp;was&nbsp;already&nbsp;in&nbsp;love&nbsp;with&nbsp;Julie.&nbsp;On&nbsp;this&nbsp;day,&nbsp;Andy&nbsp;asked&nbsp;Julie&nbsp;if&nbsp;she&nbsp;would&nbsp;like&nbsp;to&nbsp;be&nbsp;exclusive.&nbsp;This&nbsp;was&nbsp;shocking,&nbsp;but&nbsp;did&nbsp;not&nbsp;put&nbsp;fear&nbsp;in&nbsp;her&nbsp;eyes&nbsp;(Julie&nbsp;was&nbsp;only&nbsp;thinking&nbsp;about&nbsp;all&nbsp;the&nbsp;other&nbsp;dates&nbsp;she&nbsp;had&nbsp;scheduled&nbsp;for&nbsp;the&nbsp;remainder&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;week).&nbsp;In&nbsp;fact,&nbsp;this&nbsp;was&nbsp;a&nbsp;sign&nbsp;that&nbsp;Julie&nbsp;was&nbsp;into&nbsp;Andy&nbsp;and&nbsp;wanted&nbsp;to&nbsp;continue&nbsp;the&nbsp;conversation.&nbsp;Following&nbsp;their&nbsp;ice-skating&nbsp;adventure,&nbsp;Andy&nbsp;and&nbsp;Julie&nbsp;went&nbsp;for&nbsp;a&nbsp;long&nbsp;walk&nbsp;to&nbsp;96th&nbsp;street&nbsp;(if&nbsp;you&nbsp;don't&nbsp;know&nbsp;that&nbsp;is&nbsp;at&nbsp;least&nbsp;40&nbsp;blocks&nbsp;from&nbsp;Central&nbsp;Park).&nbsp;Along&nbsp;this&nbsp;walk,&nbsp;they&nbsp;had&nbsp;some&nbsp;crepes&nbsp;and&nbsp;had&nbsp;a&nbsp;lot&nbsp;of&nbsp;fun.&nbsp;They&nbsp;saw&nbsp;each&nbsp;other‘s&nbsp;personalities&nbsp;and&nbsp;truly&nbsp;understood&nbsp;how&nbsp;similar&nbsp;they&nbsp;were.&nbsp;It&nbsp;was&nbsp;only&nbsp;shortly&nbsp;their&nbsp;after&nbsp;that&nbsp;they&nbsp;decided&nbsp;to&nbsp;become&nbsp;exclusive&nbsp;&nbsp;(on&nbsp;December&nbsp;18,&nbsp;2017)&nbsp;and&nbsp;fell&nbsp;in&nbsp;love&nbsp;after&nbsp;2&nbsp;weeks&nbsp;Andy&nbsp;told&nbsp;Julie&nbsp;that&nbsp;he&nbsp;loved&nbsp;her&nbsp;and&nbsp;Julie&nbsp;told&nbsp;Andy&nbsp;that&nbsp;she&nbsp;loved&nbsp;him&nbsp;after&nbsp;her&nbsp;shoulder&nbsp;surgery&nbsp;around&nbsp;February&nbsp;11,&nbsp;2018).&nbsp;Only&nbsp;10&nbsp;months&nbsp;later,&nbsp;on&nbsp;October&nbsp;7,&nbsp;2018,&nbsp;Andy&nbsp;got&nbsp;on&nbsp;one&nbsp;knee&nbsp;and&nbsp;proposed&nbsp;marriage&nbsp;(need&nbsp;to&nbsp;specify&nbsp;as&nbsp;Andy&nbsp;got&nbsp;on&nbsp;one&nbsp;knee&nbsp;about&nbsp;two&nbsp;other&nbsp;times&nbsp;-&nbsp;1.&nbsp;to&nbsp;be&nbsp;his&nbsp;girlfriend&nbsp;and&nbsp;2.&nbsp;to&nbsp;promise&nbsp;that&nbsp;he&nbsp;will&nbsp;marry&nbsp;me&nbsp;with&nbsp;a&nbsp;promise&nbsp;ring&nbsp;on&nbsp;July&nbsp;19,&nbsp;2018).&nbsp;We&nbsp;both&nbsp;can’t&nbsp;wait&nbsp;to&nbsp;see&nbsp;how&nbsp;our&nbsp;adventures&nbsp;continue&nbsp;to&nbsp;develop.

Rose is my right hand! We work together, but that work relationship turn into much more really fast! There is no one in my life I talk more to a day, ( 5% work, 95% everything else) open up more too and just have fun with. I know that I can always count on her! Our relationship has been short, but I feel like we have known each other for years.

Arnold and Andy met in College and always have a great time chilling together. Ever since then he has great times discussing life, sports and politics with Andy. Arnold is a cop and will have a Andy's back.

Julie’s best friend from Hofstra! She completes me! I never clicked so fast with anyone until I met Charlsie. She  is my best friend, my confidant, the one who tells me when I am wrong, the one who will support me and the one I can just be real with. We spent many years apart, but always remained close. So happy that we are back together!

Christine and Julie went to law school together.  Christine would get Julie out of the books and be a true friend that Julie could open up too about life, cry with and laugh all at the same time.

Every time we hung out, there was always a new adventure from apple picking to maple syrup harvesting, to exploring a science museum to exploring liberty island, from riding on a horse and buggy on our first baby adventures together to making ice cream at turkey hill with two babies.

Billy&nbsp;is&nbsp;Andy's&nbsp;best&nbsp;friend.&nbsp;They&nbsp;can&nbsp;hang&nbsp;out&nbsp;for&nbsp;hours&nbsp;talking&nbsp;about&nbsp;sports,&nbsp;life,&nbsp;and&nbsp;music.&nbsp;They&nbsp;met&nbsp;in&nbsp;the&nbsp;beginning&nbsp;of&nbsp;college&nbsp;and&nbsp;have&nbsp;been&nbsp;close&nbsp;ever&nbsp;since.&nbsp;Like&nbsp;all&nbsp;of&nbsp;Andy's&nbsp;friends,&nbsp;Andy&nbsp;loves&nbsp;to&nbsp;joke&nbsp;around&nbsp;with&nbsp;Billy&nbsp;and&nbsp;vice&nbsp;versa.

Oh&nbsp;Kelly!!&nbsp;Kelly&nbsp;very&nbsp;quickly&nbsp;became&nbsp;one&nbsp;of&nbsp;Julie's&nbsp;closest&nbsp;friends&nbsp;when&nbsp;Julie&nbsp;started&nbsp;at&nbsp;Sobo&nbsp;&&nbsp;Sobo.&nbsp;&nbsp;Kelly&nbsp;taught&nbsp;Julie&nbsp;so&nbsp;much&nbsp;while&nbsp;Kelly&nbsp;thought&nbsp;Julie&nbsp;was&nbsp;a&nbsp;handful.&nbsp;Instead&nbsp;of&nbsp;pushing&nbsp;Julie&nbsp;to&nbsp;the&nbsp;side,&nbsp;Kelly&nbsp;made&nbsp;the&nbsp;decision&nbsp;to&nbsp;befriend&nbsp;Julie.&nbsp;This&nbsp;decision&nbsp;made&nbsp;Julie&nbsp;do&nbsp;happy!&nbsp;Julie&nbsp;cannot&nbsp;Invision&nbsp;walking&nbsp;down&nbsp;the&nbsp;aisle&nbsp;without&nbsp;Kelly&nbsp;by&nbsp;her&nbsp;side.&nbsp;Kelly&nbsp;has&nbsp;very&nbsp;quickly&nbsp;become&nbsp;one&nbsp;of&nbsp;Julie's&nbsp;best&nbsp;friends!!
