Holiday Inn Express & Suites Liberty Way will hold 15-20 rooms for your group; a mixture of standard single and two queen leisure rooms at special group pricing until 6/19/2020. Additional rooms may be added to the block based on the availability of the hotel.

Guests should reserve using this online booking link. Be sure to enter the correct dates, otherwise you may receive an error for the group rate. Or, you may call the hotel direct for reservations. Use the group code SWR.

Individuals are all responsible for their reservations and payment. All rooms must be guaranteed with credit card at time of booking. Standard 24-hour cancellation policy.

The booking link will close out on 6/19/2020, and the reduced rate may no longer be available. Rooms not booked in the block will be release back to the hotel at no charge to wedding party.

Complimentary Shuttle service will be provided within a 5-mile radius of the hotel (as well as the wedding site). HIE does ask guests to sign up for shuttle service prior to shuttle departure.
