Virginia Key is our favorite beach near Coconut Grove and is a nice departure from some of the busier beaches in the area. Admission is $8 a car (cash only) or can be easily accessed using your favorite ride share service. Wildlife including iguanas, birds, manatees, and rays are common sights here.
