Room rates are as followed per night, with additional applicable fees and taxes:

BASECAMP LODGE CANMORE

-King Room: $120

-Double Queen Room: $170

-Delux Double Queen Room: $170

-Delux Double King Room: $170

-King Suite $200

BASECAMP RESORTS CANMORE

-Three Bedroom Apartment: $350

-Two Bedroom Apartment: $245

Group cut off date is 30 days priors to arrival. The group rate is not available after the cut off date (January 28, 2026).

HOW TO BOOK

• Enter your dates at the bottom of the screen and click “Check Dates”.

• In the next screen a pop up will appear, and under promo code, enter JDWED2026

• Then click “Search for Availability”

• Find your preferred room type and click “Select”.

• Fill out the form and click “Complete Reservation”.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• The cancellation deadline for all rooms is 30 days prior to arrival.

• A 15% deposit is due at time of booking.

• All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• The reservations can be cancelled in full up to 30 days prior to arrival without further penalty.

METHOD OF BOOKING

• Individual Call In: Basecamp Resorts will provide the group with an access code for online reservations along with booking instructions. Guests must provide their credit card to confirm the booking.

• Extended stays and upgraded room types are available on request and based on availability. The guest must contact the group sales department to book an extended stay or upgraded room type.

• The group rate is available 2 days pre and post the room block dates.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

• Individual payments: All reservations will be paid by the individual guests.

• The Lodge accepts payment via credit card or bank transfer.

• Full prepayment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Any remaining balances will be due 72 hours prior to arrival. These charges are non-refundable.

CHECK IN PROCEDURE

• Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 11am. Front desk is available 24 hours per day.

• A damage deposit of $250 will be authorized to the credit card on file for each reservation at check in, with the full amount being released back onto the same credit card at check out once the rooms have been inspected.

• One complimentary parking space is available per room.
