The Apple Farm Inn is a close second to the Madonna Inn, with its beautiful victorian architecture and suites, restaurant, and giant working water mill! It's a great place to stay across town in SLO.

Any hotel reservation made in-town would be an excellent option for our wedding guests. San Luis Obispo has a whole street lined with dozens of hotels, there's a wealth of options to choose from. The Madonna Inn reception venue is easily accessible in town. San Miguel is just a half hour's drive depending on what side of town you book in. If you can find a room you like in SLO, we say book it!

A quieter option compared to Pismo Beach, Morro Bay is a sleepy seaside village under the shadow of Morro Rock. Morro Bay has plenty of hotel/motel options in town and world-class seafood. Go to Giovanni's fish market if you decide to stay here for the wedding weekend.

Conveniently right off the 101, Santa Maria will be the town with the best deals on hotel rooms and the lowest rates. The Motel 6 sits right on the exit and was recently remodeled. We would recommend Santa Maria to anyone on a budget or having a hard time finding room availability elsewhere.

Just remember to plan ahead, the ceremony in San Miguel is an hour's drive up the 101. However, the town is just 30 minutes away from the reception in SLO, making this a perfect place to end the night.
