Please note: Transportation is currently arranged for guests staying at Hotel Szary and Hotel Galaxy only. If you're staying elsewhere but would like to use the shuttle service, please let us know in advance by texting Piotr (315) 542-4495‬.

We’ve arranged transportation to help make your day as smooth and stress-free as possible! Shuttles will run from both of our hotels to the church and then from the church to the reception venue.

From Hotel Szary to the Church: Departure is at 2:40 PM from the Hotel Lobby

From Hotel Galaxy to the Church: Departure is at 2:00 PM from the Hotel Lobby

From the Church to the Venue: Shuttles for all guests will depart at after the ceremony to take all guests to the Venue

Getting Back After the Celebration

We want you to enjoy the night without worrying about getting back to your hotel! Shuttles will be running throughout the night from the venue to both hotels at the following times:

Transfers to Hotel Szary:

1:00 AM | 2:00 AM | 3:00 AM | 4:00 AM | 5:00 AM

Transfers to Hotel Galaxy:

12:30 AM | 2:00 AM | 3:30 AM | 5:00 AM
