You can click the RSVP tab above and RSVP at any time. We have also included a paper RSVP with your official invite if you prefer to mail your RSVP back to us. Please RSVP by July 24. If you do not RSVP by July 24, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provided an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's. This will mean there will be no seating, no food, and no drink accommodations for you. Once again, please RSVP either through our website or via mail by July 24, 2024.

The West Virginia International Yeager Airport in Charleston, WV is located 45 minutes away from the wedding venue and 30 minutes away from the hotels. Huntington Tri-State Airport in Huntington, WV is located 1 hour from the wedding venue and 45 minutes away from the hotels.

While children are welcome to attended, we highly suggest trying to find childcare for the night. This is the perfect opportunity for parents to let go and have a love filled night to themselves. If at any point during the ceremony the child becomes disruptive, we kindly ask you to remove your child from the ceremony area as this is a very important moment for the Bride and Groom. If you are unable to find child care and wish for your child to join you, please contact Kacee and Christian prior to the wedding.

Due to a limited amount of space, we are only able to accommodate those guests who are formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you have received a plus one, their name will appear under your name when you RSVP.

The dress code for our wedding is formal/cocktail attire. We suggest men wear a formal suit in any color or a dress shirt with a tie. Men also have the option to wear dress pants and a nice button up dress shirt. For women, we suggest a cocktail dress, nice pantsuit, a midi to knee length dress or dressy separates. Please note we do not permit blue jeans or sneakers. Please avoid wearing white or ivory. Let the bride have her day!

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 p.m., so we kindly ask you arrive 30 minutes early to assure you don't miss anything. This gives you time to park, sign our guest book, and find your seat.

We have rented a sprinter van and driver to safely provide transportation to and from the hotel and wedding venue. We please ask you to utilize this option, especially if you plan on having alcoholic beverages throughout the night. There will be certain times the van will be running. More information about these times will be released closer to the wedding date.

Once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be silent and put away. We want everyone to be fully present with us during this important time. We ask that no pictures be taken during the ceremony so our photographers are able to capture the best pictures possible. We will share pictures with you once they are available. once the ceremony has ended, feel free to take as many pictures as you would like! You can post pictures to your social media at anytime!

Yes! The drinks will be provided by us, the hangover is on you! We want you to have an amazing night celebrating with us, but remember to drink responsibly. We will have a shuttle bus available to transport anyone to the hotels safely.
