We plan to have it open before the wedding party gets there and after supper for a short time. Please plan ahead and bring cash as this is a smaller town/venue that isn’t close to gas stations. There is also NO ATM ON-SITE. BUT! They will have a credit card machine that charges $5 per $100 spent - if you spend under $100 it will still be $5. Thanks for your understanding!

We are doing a private ceremony in Colorado the week before to celebrate with our immediate families. If you cannot make the reception on Oct.4 and would still like to join in on activities we will be welcoming guests out to Colorado if you would want to celebrate after our private ceremony. (Must find own lodging and travel arrangements unless otherwise arranged with bride and groom.) We do welcome anyone to come out who may be closer to Colorado than Northeast Nebraska. Yes, we will be serving a meal of Chicken Alfredo and Roast Beef with cheesy potatoes (gluten free beef and potatoes). Please reference schedule for times. Remember to RSVP by August 30th so we can get a head count

Yes, children are welcome to our wedding! We ask that parents keep a close eye on them throughout the event. You know your child best, so please consider whether bringing them or hiring a sitter is the better option for their safety and your enjoyment of the reception.

Sioux falls would be the closest although Omaha isn't far as well. If you can find flights to Sioux City that is also close by.

We will have signage out on where to turn, the venue is out in the country. You can always type in Bow Valley Dance Hall and it will give you direction. If you think you passed it, you probably didn't -there will be a lot of cars around road by venue
