By reserving your spot early, you’ll not only secure your stay but also help them plan better. Plus, it’s one less thing to worry about as the big day approaches!

Also, it is recommended to add on the travel insurance! Anything can happen within a year!

5/5/2025 - 100% (full) payment is required for guests with NO Travel Protection

5/5/2025 - A minimum payment of 50% (half) of the reservation total is required for guests with Travel Protection

6/9/2025 - Final payment date for the remaining balance for guests with Travel Protection

Any reservation not paid to the required amount by the date(s) listed above will be canceled automatically.

8/7/2025 – Changes to reservations no longer allowed. Any changes after 8/1/2025 are subject to $25 change fee.

Bookings with destination weddings include shared roundtrip transportation from/to the Cancun International Airport (CUN).
