Plus one invitations are exclusively given to you by your invitation. If your wedding invitation does not give you the option for a plus one, your invitation is for yourself only.

As we eagerly anticipate celebrating our special day, we kindly request BLACK semi-formal attire for the occasion. Please note that this is not a beach wedding, so we ask that you refrain from beach attire. We want everyone to look and feel their best, adding to the elegance and joy of our celebration. We truly understand the challenges of traveling and the unpredictability of life. While we will miss those who can’t join us in Cancun, we want you to know that we’re planning informal celebrations in Oklahoma and East Texas for those who wish to celebrate with us closer to home. Yes, you will need a passport. This is what should be done within the time of preparing before you travel. Passports have been known to be delayed in receiving them once ordered. Please be mindful and ensure that you complete this within a reasonable time.

Due to guest number restrictions, we are only able to extend the invite to the children of close family/or our wedding party. If there are concerns, please contact the bride and groom.

We planned our wedding around this idea of a destination wedding to grant our guests access to have the opportunity to go on a discounted luxurious vacation. This also is our wedding and wish to spend this time with our friends and family who are able to celebrate us on our wedding day. Saturday night is when we expect our guests to be present in a formal fashion to celebrate the union of Stephen Michael Baird and Kaci Lee Hultz.

The minimum stay is three nights. Earliest arrival date 08/28/2025 and through end date 09/01/2025. After that, it is completely up to you! The bride and groom will be leaving on Labor Day to attend their honeymoon at a different resort of Cancun!
