We will arrive to Buena Vista on Friday, September 27th! We are still finalizing our Friday plans and will be sure to share once we have all the details! We don't expect everyone to be in Buena Vista on Friday but anyone who is, is welcome to join in on the fun!

We are having a Field Day from 11-2! We are going to play games like giant jenga, corn hole, etc. Light food & drink will be provided but feel free to bring any food or drink of your own. This will be a fun and relaxing few hours to kick off the weekend.

The field day will happen in town! We are going to rent a park for the field day & will make sure everyone knows the location once we have this finalized. You can not rent a park until 30 days from the event so unfortunately are unable to do it right now.

Attire: wear whatever you would like!

The Welcome Party is from 5-9 at the Terrace on Main in the heart of Buena Vista.

This is an open house welcome party! Come by any time after 5 PM. Feel free to stay the whole time or pop in and out throughout the night as you explore BV.

There will be food served for the night. Think light food like ~ sandwiches, wraps, sides, etc.

Attire - Western semi-formal. We want you to have fun with this night! Feel free to wear whatever & can lean into Colorado attire with floral dresses, cowboy boots, hats, bolo ties etc.

The Lariat is located on Main street in Buena Vista, a couple minute walk from the Terrace on Main.

After the welcome party we are going to walk over to the Lariat, a bar nearby, to end the night there!

Wedding day is here! The ceremony, cocktail hour & reception are all at the same location. Once you arrive, you are here for the night!

The address on google maps will stop just shy of the Barn. Keep driving and you will see a sign that says "The Barn at Sunset Ranch".

We kindly ask you to please pay attention to parking signs for where to park. If you park in a non parking area, the cars will end up being in pictures.
