It all started senior year or maybe a little before then... Hannah who is Kadie's sister went to Concord University, and Hannah was in the teaching program. She actually student taught for Luke who was attending Pikeview High School at the time. While student teaching Hannah had him in class, and she also knew him outside of class as he was Hannah's now husbands childhood friend. She thought Kadie and Luke would make the perfect match. Flash forward about 3 years later to the summer before Kadie's senior year. Hannah had suggested that Kadie message Luke on Instagram, that she felt like it was a good time in both their lives and she always liked Luke. Kadie was very shy, but did start following him. A month or so later Kadie and Luke came across each other on Tinder, like many other Gen Z relationships and matched even though they knew who each other both were. With some helpful hints from Hannah and her Husband Nick. They started talking and went on their first date to Stuart's in Alderson, WV. After that it didn't take them to long to realize the rest was history. Kadie finished out college at Concord University, and Luke finished out his college at Bluefield State while continuing to date. On April 30th, 2022 Luke took Kadie up to the East Mountain Overlook he helped design during his engineering internship located in Bluefield, WV and where he first told Kadie he loved her, for her to take "Graduation Pictures" of him. He dropped to one knee and she obviously said yes, which is why you are here! What an average Gen Z relationship with a twist! Welcome to our wedding website! We are both so happy you are here and get to share the best day of our lives with us. Rooms and discount will only be held until 30 days prior to the wedding.• If Allegheny Springs or the Mountain Lodge does not have the lodging you are looking for you are more than welcome to go to Snowshoe's website and look at their accommodations. They have houses, apartments, condos, and to many hotels to even list. Please just be aware our code is only valid for Allegheny Springs. Both of these hotels are the closest hotels to our venue and are walking distance, so keep that in mind when booking other accommodations!• We would recommend all who come to stay! It will be after dark before our dancing has started and Snowshoe has a very curvy mountain to go down with little to no cell service!• The closest airport is Greenbrier Valley Airport and is located an hour and a half from Snowshoe! Enterprise is right by the airport if a car is needed to rent after arriving to the airport!• The best directions are to put in Alleghany Springs into your GPS regardless if you are staying there or not! It will bring you right to the parking lot and very close to our venue!

If for some reason Allegheny Spring fills up or they don't have the room you are looking for the Mountain Lodge is your next best place! The Mountain Lodge Lawn is where our Ceremony will be and our Reception is located in "The Cellar" that is in the Mountain Lodge!
