Our Wedding

OUR STORY!

Kaela and Anthony's story started back in the fall semester of 2022 at Missouri State University. They met through a mutual friend while being in the Pride Marching band where Anthony played the sousaphone and Kaela played the flute. When they met, Kaela and Anthony became really good friends really quickly and maintained that friendship the entire semester until the end of the season at the Pride Band banquet where he asked for her to take their first of many pictures. Later that same evening, Kaela and Anthony talked on facetime for hours getting to know each other on a deeper level with very long conversations. 3 days later, the two started dating and their life to forever had started. Over the course of a year and a half, Kaela and Anthony grew to love each other, make happy memories, go on amazing trips, go through the toughest times, and learn that they wanted to spend their lives with no one else. Over that time, Anthony knew he wanted to marry Kaela so he got her parents together at the Panera in Springfield and asked for their blessing and of course they said yes! (Kaela may or may not have accidentally caught them all together but oh well). A week later, on July 13, 2024, Anthony got all the family together, including her long distance best friend to come to the Nathanael Green Botanical Garden and he asked her to be his wife. She didn't believe that the ring was the real thing but after a few minutes of him convincing her that it was real, she said YES! Since the proposal, the two have continued to grow together; they have moved in together and now share two cats, Blue and Toby. They have gone through unspeakable times and have continued to stand by each other's side when it matters most. The couple is more excited than ever to tie the knot and FINALLY become husband and wife!

If you plan to get here before Saturday, here are some things you can do!

Silver Dollar City

Silver Dollar City is located about 20 minutes from the venue and about 10-15 minutes away from any hotel in Branson. For those who have never been, there are plenty of ride for everyone, the Marvel cave, and LOTS of great food!

The Branson Coaster

A fun attraction that includes a single coaster that takes you through the Ozark Mountains. It is located right next to the Tanger Outlets and across the street from lots of different restaurants.

Tanger Outlets

Shopping-mall chain featuring a variety of brand-name &amp; designer outlet stores. There are 74 stores to choose from with small eating establishments and a local coffee shop

The Branson Landing

Another outdoor mall with water features &amp; live shows, plus a range of stores &amp; outdoor dining. This shopping area is located right along a portion of the lake

The Track 

The track is located along the same road the Branson Coaster and Tanger Outlets is one. This place offers lots of go kart options, a farris wheel ride and shares 4 different locations around Branson that has even more go karts

Mini Golf

We are HUGE fans of mini golf! Our favorite places in Branson are either The Lost Treasure or Pirates Cove - both located within 10 minutes of restaurant's and shopping centers

Wonders of Wildlife

Another one of our favorite spots is going to be Wonders of Wildlife located in Springfield. This is a MASSIVE aquarium that is located right off the entrance of Bass Pro Shops.
