When should I RSVP?
We would love it if you could RSVP by March 15th We need a total head count for the venue by then and we would love to know who we will be seeing on this special day!
What is the dress attire?
This is a semi-formal event and we wish that everyone in attendance wears cocktail style attire. That means women can wear long/short dresses or nicer pants and a top. Men can wear nice jeans/khakis and a polo. Pictured below is the color palette that we have in mind for our guests!
When should I arrive at the venue?
The seating will open at 4pm. There is a parking lot right at the front of the building and you will walk around back and down a hill to the ceremony area. Please arrive 20-30 minutes before the ceremony to allow yourself plenty of time to find a parking spot and get a good seat!
Indoor or Outdoor wedding?
The venue we have chosen allows us to do both incase of weather. We plan to have an outdoor ceremony and with the reception taking place in the downstairs portion that will also lead out to the outside. If anything were to happen and it starts raining, the upstairs portion of the venue will already be set up so we can move the ceremony inside right away.
Is there parking?
Yes, there is parking! However the lot is small so you want to allow yourself ample time to get in and be able to get a spot. If you are coming in a group, think about carpooling!
Alcohol situation?
Yes, there will be alcohol BUT it is going to be a cash bar! There will be $5 draft beer, $6 wine and champagne, $5 hard seltzers and $7 sake cocktails! ABSOLUTELY NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL ALLOWED WHAT SO EVER!! If you bring any form of outside alcohol, you will be asked to leave, no questions asked!
Can we take pictures during the ceremony?
We ask all guests to unplug for the ceremony and leave all photography to Tori. We have hired her to capture all of the memorable moments during the ceremony and we wish that you just live in the moment with us!
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to the space of the venue and the limited seats, we were only able to accommodate those who are addressed in your invitation. If you have a received a plus one, there is an additional spot on your RSVP and a questionnaire to fill out for the name of your guest. Thank you for understanding!
Children or no?
This is not going to be a child free wedding! We would love for all of the little ones to attend! Same goes for the plus one situation of the RSVP, kids will be listed under on the invitation and we will need to know if they are coming to know how much food to prepare!
Traveling and need a place to stay?
Branson is 15 minutes away from the venue and offers lots of different hotel options, all very affordable! We suggest looking into booking as soon as possible due to the fact that this is prime tourist season for Branson.
Will there be dinner?
Yes, there will be a dinner! To make it easier on serving, we have decided to do a taco bar so everyone can make their food how they like it! This option also adheres to all food allergies/tolerances that are needed to be avoided.
