April 12th. If you respond after this date you will be unable to take the bus to or from the wedding. If you’re more than a little late we will close RSVPs and you will have to reach out to see if we’re still able to accommodate you at our special day! If you didn’t RSVP as coming by the deadline or verify with us directly, you will not be able to attend.

There are buses that pick up from the hotel block location. You must RSVP for a bus spot if you plan to ride the bus as this directly determines number of spots we have! This is the best option to ensure a sober ride home. Otherwise please plan to drive to/from the venue as Lyft/Uber will not be available in the mountains.

Yes! The bus will pick up from the hotel block location and being in the Denver Metro area, Lyft/Uber/Taxis should be available from there.

No! We’ve already paid all expenses so guests have a safe ride to and from our special day! If you would like to tip the driver we’d encourage a contribution to one of the registry cash funds instead.

Yes you may! Keep in mind you will be responsible for your own transportation. Events like rehearsal dinner and any other plans likely will be centered around the Denver/Lakewood/Golden/Arvada areas.

Kaela's family booked an Airbnb one exit past the venue. Kaela and Alex booked part of a house just a few minutes down the road. There's no wrong answer where you stay between the hotel block and the venue. It depends what you want proximity to and what you're ok driving further to!

Board at hotel Bus 1: 3:30pm Bus 2: 3:45pm Departure Bus 1: 9:30pm Bus 2: 10:10pm Please arrive 5-10 mins before departure. There are bathrooms on the buses if needed.
