You can hike here during the day but check the concert schedule as it closes many hours before concerts start! There’s a history of performers inside the top of the amphitheater as well. When the wedding gets closer look at who’s performing and attend a concert if you wish to see first hand why this is an internationally recognized concert venue!

There’s a reason we got engaged here! It’s free to enter if you catch the shuttle. If you drive yourself, you need a timed entry permit which may be available day of in the afternoon but not usually for the morning.
June is peak whitewater rafting! Make sure to rent the wetsuits if doing harder rapids as you will get wet and the water is very cold!
Locations are Buena Vista, Clear Creek near Idaho springs, or the Royal Gorge near Canon City! There’s easier ones and world-class rapids, choose your adventure!
Red Bull is doing a Soapbox race the day after the weeding! They’re taking applications if you want to get really into it but would be fun to watch!
