Formal invitations will be sent, but we are asking all guests to RSVP, here, on the knot, no later than May 13th, 2025. All rooms must be reserved by May 13th, 2025.

When you are ready to book your room, go to the travel website and click "make your reservation now". Fill out all of the information including what room type you want and what days you will be traveling, then click "make my reservation".

The reservation will go to Monica, our travel coordinator, (monica@yellowumbrellaevents.com) and she will confirm with you by email and make the reservation.

Yes, a valid passport is required to enter Mexico. Make sure it doesn’t expire within six months of travel. Please refer to Monica for any passport questions.

Flights that are booked to and from Cancun International Airport (CUN) will receive free transportation by Yellow Umbrella Events. You are responsible for booking your own flights and sending your flight information to Monica (at the email above) by Tuesday, September 30, 2025.

For Tulum International Airport (TQO) - You must reserve your transportation to the resort and back to the airport directly with Hotel Xcaret two weeks before your travel dates. Yellow Umbrella Events cannot set up transportation for you from Tulum.

There is a 3 night minimum at Hotel Xcaret Mexico. If you would like to stay longer, please reach out to Monica to coordinate

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside. In case of inclement weather, it will be moved inside. The reception will take place inside at the venue's ballroom.

Although we love your children, this event is for adults only.

We have carefully considered our guest list, as it is our wish to have an intimate celebration with our closest friends and family. With that said, and due to venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus-ones unless specifically mentioned in your invitation. We are so grateful for your support
