Please book all travel arrangements through Yellow Umbrella Events to get the hotel room rate block (see wedding travel link above).

All hotel reservations must be made by: Tuesday, May 13, 2025, although we suggest to book and place your deposit ASAP to ensure room availability! A deposit of $250 per person is all you need to reserve your room.

If for some reason you need to cancel your reservation (or remove a guest(s) from the reservation) there is a $100 per person cancellation fee before May 13, 2025. The number of nights in your reservation, however, can be reduced up to this date without a cancellation fee.

A payment equal to 2 room nights of your trip is due by Tuesday, May 13, 2025 (you can make additional payments before this)

Full payment of your trip is due by Tuesday, July 22, 2025. If you plan on staying more than the 3 minimum required nights, please reach out to our travel coordinator Monica and she can help you arrange.

Room Rates Listed Below are Per Person, Per Night

Rates include room, food, alcohol, taxes & fees, and roundtrip transportation

from Cancun (CUN) or Tulum (TQO) Airports.

Travel insurance and flights are NOT included.

What’s the difference between the Adults-Only Suites and the other Suites?

The Adults-Only Suites are located in two different buildings, the Fuego building and the Agua building (Spa rooms). These two sections of the resort only allow guests aged 18 and above. If you stay in a different room category other than an Adults-Only room category you will not have access to these buildings.

The Fuego building Adults-Only room categories include

the following additional perks:

• Access to the adults-only Fuego rooftop pool and bar

• Access to an additional restaurant, Fuego Restaurant, located in the Fuego building (available for non-Fuego guests for an additional fee)

• A small private cove area beach and lounge area

• A premium outdoor bar on the lower level of the building

• Private check in and check out in the Fuego building

• Private fitness center, exclusive to the Fuego building

• Butler service

Guests staying in any other building DO NOT have access to the Fuego building!
