We expect our ceremony to begin at 3pm so please arrive no later than 2:35pm to give yourself some time to mingle and find your seat.

The dress code for the evening will be cocktail. The colors we ask our friends and family to refrain from wearing will be emerald green. For any further questions regarding dress code, please contact Samantha Valdez or the bride.

We hope to have our ceremony finished by 3:45 at the latest and begin the formal reception at 4:45 to allow time for photography and for the bride and groom to enjoy a private dinner. We expect the formal reception to end at 9pm, but we will be having an after party of sorts until 11pm.

Unless specifically noted on your invitation, please do not bring any uninvited guests to the ceremony or reception. If we have made a mistake and missed your spouse or child, please let us know on your RSVP note or contact Brenda Putt and we will make accommodations accordingly if it is appropriate. Anyone not on the invite list will not be allowed inside. Additionally, if you cannot find your name on the RSVP, you may be listed as a guest of the person named on the envelope you recieved.

Naturally people tend to act a little rambunctious at these events so we cannot guarantee that any inappropriate behavior will not occur, but we will do our best to make it a safe environment for our loved ones. After 9 pm, the music will change and it will become PG-13. At that point we would not recommend having your children present.

We will be serving smothered pork chops with potatoes and mac and cheese for dinner. There will also be an array of finger food available during the reception. Unfortunately we are not able to modify our menu for any allergies. Please plan accordingly. Additionally, there will be no alcohol served at the venue. Security will be present.

Yes! There should be plenty of parking available on site.
