Many people probably don't know that Kaitlin and Mitchell first met as pre-teens in Gulf Shores at a baseball tournament one summer. Mitchell and Kaitlin's cousin played on the same team. She got to witness his very first home run. 😏
Fast forward to 2016, when their love story really began. Kaitlin and Mitchell reconnected through Facebook and began texting as friends. They got to know each other for a couple of months and finally hung out on NYE, where they ate their first meal together, at Waffle House (Hence the engagement pictures at WH). Two weeks later they were in love (Mitchell said "I love you" first btw), and the rest is pretty much history!
