Where Are The Events Taking Place?
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held on site at the Whispering Oaks Event Venue. The ceremony will be held outdoors in a covered area, and the cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors!
What Time Should I Arrive?
The ceremony will begin at 4 pm. Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the ceremony to find parking and take your seat and socialize before the ceremony begins!
When Should I RSVP By?
Please RSVP through our website no later than April 6th, 2025! Earlier is always appreciated!
Can I Bring A Plus One?
Due to limited space, we can only allow guests named on your invitation. If you received a plus one, they will be listed on your invitation. We would love to keep our wedding an intimate event with close friends and family. Thank you for understanding!
Are Kids Invited?
We love all the kids in our life! Due to limited numbers, and the nature of our event, invitation will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this event as a "night out" for yourself!
Is There A Dress Code?
We would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us for our big day! Semi-Formal/Dressy. Women feel free to wear semi-formal, or cocktail dresses. Men we would appreciate button downs and dress pants. We kindly ask that you avoid colors that are traditionally reserved for the bride - shades of white, creme or ivory! We can't wait to see you!
Will There Be A Bar?
We will be having a “dry” wedding! We invite our guest to join us for other refeshments!
What If I Can't Make It?
Your presence will be truly missed. Please RSVP "Will NOT Attend." If you have already RSVP'd attending, but find that you cannot make it, please notify the bride or groom, as soon as you can!
Can I take photos during the Ceremony?
We kindly ask everyone be completely present and respectful during this very special moment in our lives! We will have a photo minute before our vows but other than that we ask that you allow our very experienced photographers do their jobs! Feel free to take as many photos as you’d like during our reception!
