Nick and Addison’s friendship began in third grade. After discovering a shared love for Pokémon, it was friendship at first sight. Whether they were battling it out on the playground, riding dirt bikes, or playing video games, Addison quickly became Nick’s best friend—a role he’s carried ever since. Over the years, Nick and Addison have shared countless adventures. From exploring the great outdoors to embarking on memorable fishing trips, their bond has always been rooted in a shared passion for adventure. For more than 25 years, Addison has been by Nick’s side through every stage of life. While time has passed, their love for the same things has remained constant. To this day, they still enjoy the simple joys of video games, dirt bikes, ATVs, and staying active outdoors—just as they did when they were kids.

Kolby is Nick’s little brother and constant shadow. Kolby is an avid outdoorsman with a deep passion for hunting, fishing, and all things nature. Over the years, they have created countless memories together—camping under the stars, hiking through the woods, and spending hours on the water. Some of their best moments weren’t about the catch, but simply being out on the boat with nothing but a rod, reel, and the peace of the great outdoors. They didn’t need a bite to make it worthwhile—every trip was an adventure, a chance to connect and create stories to share for a lifetime.

Nick and Ben’s story goes back to the very beginning. They first met in Pre-K at just four years old, and from that moment on, a lifelong friendship began. As they grew up, Ben and Nick were almost always in the same classroom and shared a love of baseball, playing together from T-ball all the way through high school. They spent so much time at each other’s houses that they may as well have been neighbors. Both families ran farms, and it became second nature for them to lend a hand whenever needed. Whether it was hauling hay, feeding animals, or tackling chores, they worked hard together, learning valuable lessons about life, family, and responsibility.

Nick and Aaron met in 5th grade, quickly becoming inseparable as they explored the woods, building forts and letting their imaginations run wild. After school, Nick would often ride the bus home with Aaron. His father had a music studio in their house, and Nick fondly remembers listening to the recordings Aaron and his father had created. They spent countless hours in the studio, playing instruments and losing track of time. Aaron was always up for an adventure. Both he and Nick share a love for bushcraft and tent camping.

Kaitlyn and Jessica have been best friends for over 15 years. They first met at Cathedral middle school in the 5th grade and bonded over their shared love of The Jonas Brothers and Twilight. They quickly became inseparable and did pretty much everything together (literally ask anyone lol!). They have been to concerts together, family trips to NYC, skiing in Colorado, lots of trips to Crystal Beach, countless sleepovers, they've lived together, laughed and cried together. Jessica has been an incredible friend to Kaitlyn, and she's so grateful to have her as her Matron of Honor.

Kaitlyn and Linda first met in 2015 at UTSA when they both joined Phi Mu sorority. They became best friends and have remained close despite no longer living near each other. They've spent many nights together laughing and cringing at The Office, Bob's Burgers, and Love Island. Kaitlyn describes Linda as her "partner in crime" as they were always having fun experiences together like going to Six Flags, music festivals, celebrating their 21st birthdays in Playa Del Carmen, and much more.

Kaitlyn and Nina first met in 8th grade but didn't become friends until their freshman year in high school. The details are a little fuzzy but somehow they both found out that they were both obsessed with One Direction. They instantly connected over this. All throughout high school, they became known as the "One Direction girls" and they were very proud of this lol! Kaitlyn and Nina spent many nights listening to One Direction, playing the sims, and driving around Beaumont goofing around.

Leslie is Kaitlyn's cousin, but feels more like an older sister. Growing up, Leslie would look out for Kaitlyn, give her advice, and was always down for a slumber party watching Friends. Leslie would visit Kaitlyn while living in San Antonio, and even went on a trip to Playa Del Carmen to celebrate Kaitlyn's 21st birthday. She's always been there for Kaitlyn and, despite not living nearby, has always made an effort to keep in touch and spend time together.
