Thursday 1/2/2025

Activity Scheduled Catamaran 7:30 am- 5:00 pm

For those that are going, the shuttle will pick up at 7:30 am in the Hilton Playa del Carmen Lobby and shuttle us to the Cancun port where we will board the Catamaran. Please bring along $20 dollars in cash to pay the dock federal tax. Food and drinks will be provided on the excursion but we recommend eating breakfast before. Once the trip is over, the bus will shuttle everyone back to the Hilton.

Friday 1/3/2025

Friday Welcome Get Together 7:30 pm-1:00 am

We will be meeting for drinks at the Peccato Rooftop Restaurant & Bar for drinks and to welcome everyone. Attire is pretty casual and just come hang out and stay as long as you want. The address for the bar is Edificio IT Beach, Albatros, 77720 Playa del Carmen, Q.R., Mexico. The Bar is about a 15 minute walk from the Hilton Playa del Carmen. For those that prefer not to walk, Uber is available or you can ask the front desk of your hotel to order you a taxi. If you do order a Taxi, make sure you have cash.

Saturday 1/4/2025

Wedding Day 3:30 pm- 1:00 am

There will be vans that are going to be picking up guests at the Hilton Playa del Carmen Av. Constituyentes 2, Gonzalo Guerrero, 77710 Playa del Carmen, Q.R., Mexico. The last van will be leaving at 3:30 pm local time, and they will not wait. The van will be shuttling guests to Blue Venado Seaside (Carr. Cancún - Tulum Km. 94, 77733 Puerto Aventuras, Q.R., Mexico). For those that miss the vans, you can get there by Uber or Taxi. Wedding will end at 1:00 am, and there will be vans to shuttle everyone back to the Hilton.

Extra information:

For those arriving at the Cancun airport and are needing a shuttle from the airport to your hotel in playa del carmen, you can look at the PDF attached for more info. For those who have arranged transport, when you get to the Cancun airport there will be a lot of salesmen selling timeshare and adventures. Just ignore them all and walk out the airport to pickup areas.
