First things first - make sure you have a current passport that is valid for 6 months past the date of travel. Do this ASAP.

The closest airport is Cancun International Airport (CUN). Playa del Carmen is approximately a 45 minute drive from the airport.

Many of the hotels in Playa del Carmen are all inclusive and include your meals and drinks.

Some of the guests are staying at the Hilton (details below), and transportation will be provided from the Hilton to the venue, which is approximately 30 minutes away.

You are more than welcome to stay anywhere you like. If you prefer to eat at the local restaurants, you may want to choose a non all inclusive option. There are also many reasonable Airbnb's in the area.

There are many hotel options for every budget in Playa del Carmen. If you want to be walking distance to everything in town, we suggest being within a few blocks of La Quinta Avenida (5th Avenue).

The venue is on a somewhat remote beach. You will most likely not be able to get an uber at the venue. You can rent a car or we suggest getting an uber to the pick up and drop off location near the Hilton.

The Grand Hyatt is right next door to the Hilton and has the option to do add all inclusive packages or not.

The Reef 28 is located across the street from the Hyatt. It is a less expensive option and is not all inclusive.

The Fives Hotel Downtown is located at the other end of town, but also centrally located to all the shops and restaurants. This hotel is not all inclusive. It is possible to add a pick up location near this hotel.
