Pine Creek Ski Resort

Attire: Warm winter outdoor clothing and/or ski/snowboard gear. Bring a bag with a change of casual indoor clothes to change into.

9:00 AM–3:00 PM

SKIING

Please join us for a private ski resort experience. 8:00-11:00 AM: Breakfast will be served at the base lodge. 9:15 AM: Line up for first chair. 9:30 AM: The ski lift will start spinning - Come ski with us and/or enjoy games, food, and visiting at the base area and lodge. 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM: Lunch will be served at the base lodge. There is free 24-hour parking at Pine Creek Ski Resort.

3:00 PM–4:00 PM

CEREMONY

Attire: Warm winter outdoor clothing and/or ski/snowboard gear.

2:45 PM: Guests begin loading the chairlift. A snowcat will bring foot passengers up the mountain. 3:30 PM: Mountain top ceremony. 4:00 PM: Group ski-down. A snowcat will bring foot passengers down the mountain.

4:00 PM–5:30 PM

APRÉS SKI

Attire: At this time guests are free to change into their dinner attire.

4:00-5:30 PM: Gather around the fire pit at the base lodge to enjoy Après-ski beverages, games, music, and fun.

5:30 PM–9:00 PM

RECEPTION & DINNER

Attire: Mountain Casual

5:00 PM: Reception and dinner in the base lodge. After dinner, we will dance and party in the base lodge!

8:00 AM–2:00 PM

BREAKFAST & LUNCH

Attire: Warm winter clothes

8:00-11:00 AM: Breakfast will be served at the base lodge. 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM: Lunch will be served at the base lodge.
