We would love all our guests to wear cocktail attire.

While we love all your littles, this is an adult only event, unless indicated.

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors (the bar is inside). The reception and dancing will take place inside with air-conditioning.

YES! We have you covered! We will have two shuttles taking guests to the venue before the ceremony at 3:45 PM and a bus shuttling people back to the hotels beginning at 9:30 PM. A full transportation schedule can be found on your invitation.

YES! We have rooms blocked at both the Hampton Inn & Suites and Fairfield Inn & Suites in Ames, Iowa. There are also 7 other hotels in the same area if these better fit your needs.
