We unfortunately cannot accomodate additional guests due to a limited capacity. We can only allow the amount of people listed on your invitation.

The ceremony is being held in the Queen's Courtyard at Castle Farms at 3pm. It will be held outside (weather permitting), signs and staff will be located on the grounds to assist you.

The reception will be held in the East Garden Room located next to the Queen's Courtyard at Castle Farms. Signs and staff will be located on the grounds to assist you.

The ceremony will begin at 3pm. Please plan to arrive at least a half hour prior to the ceremony to park and find your seat.

We will be having a plated dinner service that offers salad, a duet plate of chicken and beef, whipped potatoes, and chef vegetable with a parmesan cheese tuile garnish. A children menu is available that offers grilled chicken, pasta, green beans, and applesauce.

Our caterer is more than happy to accommodate different allergies or dietary restrictions. Please message Katie (248-761-3600) or Joe (248-535-4456) with any dietary information and we will make sure you have something available for dinner.

Yes! We will have an open bar serving various cocktails, beers, and wines. Katie and Joe's dog, Bear, will be covering the tab for the night!

Yes, free parking is available. Signs and staff will be available to direct you to the parking area. Cars are also allowed to be left overnight, but must be picked up the following morning from 10am-12pm. A shuttle bus will be available and have access from the venue to downtown Charlevoix. Additional information about transportation is available below.

Yes! We want to make sure our guests get back safely. A shuttle bus will be available from 9pm-12am. It is a 24 person bus from Mackinaw Shuttle Service, and it will be driving back and forth from downtown Charlevoix to Castle Farms. The shuttle bus will have access to bars in downtown Charlevoix as well as hotels located in downtown including the Earl of Charlevoix, Edgewater Inn, and Weathervane Terrace Inn and Suites. The hotels and bars are located within walking distance of one another. NOTE: Please plan accordingly as cars can be left at the venue overnight, but must be picked up the following morning from 10am-12pm. See the "Travel" section for more information.

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures on site for approximately 1 hour. Guests will be directed to the reception area for cocktail hour where hor'dourves and beverages will be available for guests to enjoy.

We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up with us! We are requesting a semi formal or cocktail dress code for our wedding. Please no white clothing.

While we love all of your children, only children specifically listed on your invitations are allowed at our wedding. We encourage you to have a fun, relaxed night together with your significant other!
