Weather permitting, our ceremony will be held outdoors. However, we also have a rain plan for indoor ceremony. Cocktail hour, reception, and after party will be held indoors.

For guests staying at Minerals Hotel, a shuttle will be provided to and from wedding events. For guests staying at Grand Cascades Lodge, it is a short walk (indoors) from the wedding events to the hotel, so no shuttle will be required. Unfortunately, we cannot provide shuttles for guests staying outside of this room block.

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress code is black tie optional. Ladies can wear long, tea-length, or midi formal dresses. Gentlemen can wear dark suits, or a tuxedo if you have one.

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, your invitation will be made out to "[Your Name] & Guest". Thank you for understanding!

Yes, free parking is available on site at Crystal Springs Country Club.

Yes, there will be a coat check! When you enter the venue, take a right toward the ballroom, and the coat check will be on your right side.
