Please place your name and the first and last name of your guest on the line at the top. Put your initials next to the items you and your guest would like. If you both would like the same item, please put a number. Ex: [MM] beef [KK]chicken [2] beef (2 guests with same protein choice) List and dietary restrictions if any - vegan, vegetarian, allergies etc. Place it in the provided stamped and addressed envelope and send it back to us.

We sure will! There will be a place on the invitations to note any dietary restrictions. Please fill our accordingly.
