Sacramento International Airport, SMF. If you are wanting to visit other areas besides Sacramento and do more driving, you can also fly into San Francisco (SFO) or Reno (RNO).

We highly recommend it! The Sacramento area is very spread out. Ubers are easy to get near Sac, but may not be so easy up in Placerville (at the venue location).

Semi-formal. Bring a light jacket and wear comfy shoes. We are outside in the woods. It may be hot during the day but it always cools down a bit at night. Stilettos may not be the best shoe option as parts of the venue are on grass. The pathways are all paved, but it's still a venue in the woods.

The venue is located on a steep hill overlooking the lake. There are a lot of stairs, including the bathroom trailer which will have 3-4 steps with a railing but no ramp. There is the option to drop off people from cars closer to the venue spot and then park up in the parking lot. There is no indoor space, the entire venue is outside, so please plan accordingly.

Tacos! We will have a taco buffet and salad bar that should be able to accommodate any diet preferences.

Beer, Wine, Seltzers and nonalcoholic options. Hard liquor will not be served.

Yes but they have to be picked up before 10am and someone needs to lock the gate on the way out.
