How do I RSVP?
You can easily RSVP directly from our website. Just click the RVSP tab on the home page and search your name. You can also message either Kalie or Michael and let them know directly.
Where will the Ceremony and Reception take place?
Both the Ceremony and Reception will take place inside The Everly Event Space.
Where should I park if I drive there?
The Everly Event Space will have two parking lots available the day of the Wedding. Both will be on the west corners of W 20th St and Central St, one North of 20th St, the other South. (see map below)
Also, street parking will be available anywhere that isn’t marked as “No Parking”. Wyandotte St. normally has spaces available all along the road.
What time should I arrive?
The Ceremony start time will be at 5:30pm. Please be at the venue around 5:00pm and seated when the ceremony starts.
Where should I stay? Do you have a hotel block?
Check out the Travel Tab on our website for a list of our recommended hotels. We will not be doing a hotel block.
Where Can I Park for the Rehearsal Dinner? (invite only)
There are two main parking lots next to Chicken N Pickle. If these just happen to be full on a Thursday night. There is plenty of street parking surrounding the area.
What will the weather be like?
The historical average for this time of year in Kansas City is around 60 degrees. The weather changes quickly here in KC so keep an eye on it as the date approaches.
Last year (2023) the temperature on October 11th was 80 degrees.
Are kids welcome?
Our wedding will only be for those 21 and above. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Your kids are welcome to the Rehearsal Dinner if you were invited.
Can I bring a plus one?
Only if your formal invitation includes a “Plus One”. If it does not and you’d like to bring one, please contact Kalie or Michael as soon as possible.
Will it be an open bar?
Absolutely! We will have 4 different beers, 4 different wines, and 2 signature cocktails. Don’t forget to tip though!
Will there be food and drinks during cocktail hour?
Yes, the bar will be open and we will have snacks available during cocktail hour.
Will dinner be served at the reception? What kind of food?
Yes, we will have a buffet style dinner at the wedding reception.
In honor of our engagement in Cozumel, we will be serving Mexican food.
Will there be any vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or special diet options?
There will be something for everyone! Most Mexican food is naturally gluten-free and there will be plenty of non-meat items to build your tacos. Don’t hesitate to ask a sever for more information.
Should I bring a gift to your wedding?
There will be a gift table, but it is not expected of you to bring a gift.
