What airport should I fly into?

Napa is equally distant from the 3 primary airports SFO, Oakland, and Sacramento. Depending on traffic it will take you roughly 1.5 hours to get to downtown Napa. We recommend trying to schedule your arrival time from 9 AM - 2 PM or 7 PM or later to avoid heavy traffic from San Francisco or Oakland.

Do I need a Rental Car?

If you plan to schedule winery tours and other activities in addition to wedding events, renting a car is great option. There is limited public transportation options from the airport to Napa, sadly. You can schedule Uber or Lyft that will cost roughly $175 or $200, book airport pick up with Beau Wine Tours for estimated $375 one way, or we have the wine country airporter service.
