We have Atlantic, Jacksonville, Neptune, and Ponte Vedra beaches that are just 25 minutes respectively from downtown Jax. If the beach is not your style, there are several rivers and waterways that are worth exploring.

We have the Jax Zoo, Botanical Gardens and Arboretum, Cummer Museum of Art and Gardens, St. John’s Town Center, Escape Rooms, Axe throwing, Indoor Go Karts, bowling alley’s, Topgolf and try out the 12 golf courses if you fancy playing a round.

There are plenty of options for food here in Jax. Here are some of our favorites: Cantina Louie, Wicked Barley, Biggies Pizza, Grumpy’s, Southern Grounds, Coopers Hawk Winery and Restaurant, Brass Tacks, Picasso’s, Hawker’s, Ida Clair, Flying Iguana, Poe’s Tavern, River and Post (River and Fort if you are in the St. Augustine area) and Coop 360.
St. Augustine
St. Augustine is not that far from Jacksonville. This city is rich with history and also where Kara proposed to Wendy.
Amelia Island And Fernandina Beach
If you head a little North of Jacksonville, you can explore Fernandina Beach and Amelia Island. They are just 45 minutes from the heart of Jacksonville.
